Sweaty mama is a fun and effective workout choreographed to music where you have the chance to babywear your little one.
Sweaty Strength focuses on building strength, fitness and you also get some bonding time with baby, or come solo!
Sweaty Bootcamp involves team based workouts and circuits to really get your heart rate up whilst having fun! Time to yourself after little ones have gone to bed.
